The accomodation enjoys the ideal location, 2 km from the sea and three km from the city center, that guarantee, at the same time, a good mobility and a quite place to stay.
The Owners, Aldo and Gianna, had always developed a great passion for hospitality, that they have translate with success into a nice working activity. Their kindness, politeness and availabity of providing information about the territory, that guarantee their guest a pleasent and a relaxed vacation, together with the possibility of enjoying completely the attractions and resources of the gorgeous National Park of Cilento.
The house replicates the traditional mediterranean style, surrounded by a luxuriant garden, where in the warm season you can enjoy a nice well-equiped area. The building has three rooms and two mini-flat, and provided with a confortable covered parking.
The rooms are spacious, fresh and tastefully decorated. Everything is prepared with attention to the smallest detail and in the common room is always available a hot coffee or a fresh juice made up with oranges picked from the garden. In the morning, Gianna delights its guests with a rich and healthy breakfast, serving fresh pastries, pies and homemade cakes, jams and fresh juices.
All rooms are air conditioned and offer therefore the comfort of the cool during the summer and a cozy warmth in the cold season.
The owners are also very sensitive to the environmental problems, this is the reason why they have installed photovoltaic panels for the production of electrical energy and thermal solar panels for the production of hot water.
